SRT M-band test
A short observation request regarding the recently reported 6.7 GHz methanol maser activity in G85.410+0.003 (Burns, R. A., et al. 2025, ATel #17227). This source has been identified as a repeating flaring event by M2O, previously active in 2019. New activity began in late 2024 with an ongoing episode since May 2025 showing new velocity components in the maser spectrum. Catching this rare event with VLBI would provide valuable insights into accretion burst mechanisms in high-mass protostars.
