Abstract

We have identified a new radio transient with optical and mid-infrared outbursts that might be associated with the TDE in a normal star-forming galaxy. The source shows unique radio characteristics: (1) long-lasting radio emission (>10 years) with luminosity comparable to the prototype jetted TDE Sw J1644+57, (2) VLBA observations revealing a resolved core-jet structure with apparent superluminal motion (up to 2.5c), and (3) ongoing spectral evolution suggesting multiple jet ejections. These features strongly suggest that a relativistic jet has been launched, making the source a crucial laboratory for understanding jet formation in TDEs and addressing the puzzle of the rarity of jetted TDEs in normal galaxies. We propose EVN C-band observations that will leverage superior resolution and sensitivity to definitively track jet evolution and distinguish between jet-CNM interaction models. Given the observed flux decay of the jet components, immediate EVN observations are essential to capture this unique opportunity before the emission becomes faint and undetectable.
