multiple phase-center recorrelation of J1004-related scans of EM149
We request the "correlation only" of all the known radio sources within the pointings of 5 EVN projects led by the PI that were observed in Feb and June 2021. These data will be used to test a wide-field observing mode for the EVN, such that all EVN observations can be used with multi-phase centres in the future. In this first phase, we will target around 1300 radio sources with the EVN, detecting about 300 on mas-scales. These sources will be used to determine the number counts of VLBI detected radio sources, investigate AGN duty cycles and search for rare sources, like binary / dual AGN or gravitational lenses.
