EB081
EB081 first epoch Ross867 astrometry
The radio flare star Ross 867 was previously observed in EB070, and our preliminary analysis shows a 10 sigma detection at 150mJy in RR. It exhibits tentative circular polarization, and flaring. Our main objective in this proposal is to understand the emission properties of this M dwarf. We propose a campaign of high accuracy astrometric follow-up to study the flaring properties of the source, and to compare the location of its radio emission against the Gaia DR2 results. We request full polarimetry in order to constrain the emission mechanism of the star.
